I am keen on Pilates and having Jo’s studio in her home makes the sessions very enjoyable and personal. I started Pilates with Jo a few years back when she taught mat work, but now in her studio she incorporates mat work and Pilates equipment, this works very well and I absolutely love doing this type of exercise, especially as I am now not so supple as I was years ago! Pilates definitely improves my mobility, and if there are any aches and pains I feel that they disappear much quicker having a stronger core!
I would recommend Jo’s Pilates sessions to anyone, and often do!
