The Pilates technique is a safe, low impact and effective method for physical wellbeing and maintenance. I offer one-to-one sessions with apparatus to truly immerse yourself in this versatile exercise.
If an ongoing issue requires a hands-on approach, I can provide massage therapy solutions, incorporating deep tissue work, fascial release techniques, cupping and facilitated stretches where appropriate. If you suffer from stress, anxiety, fears or phobias, a wellbeing session using techniques around tapping (EFT) and other strategies can guide you back to a healthier self.

After completing my training in London I have been teaching and mentoring clients in Pilates and wellbeing for over 20 years. Using an integrative approach, I offer a combination of movement knowledge and hands on manipulation to give my clients the highest support in achieving their goals. In my fully equipped studio, I provide my undivided attention in a relaxing and restorative environment.
